Yoko - Graphical Style

Hi everyone!

I'm so happy because I'm quite productive on the last few days, but I don't know the reason.. Maybe it's because I've done all my final school project and I'm in a mood of creating artwork =D So here it is, my newest artwork.. Yoko from Gurren Lagann. Actually I haven't watch this anime but I always sees Yoko everywhere, I bet that she's very popular. And here on my artwork, I tried a different style on creating it. I applied a 2D graphical on her costume and hair, on the other side, I keep the skin to be fully rendered, and I think it works pretty well!! Quite happy with the result =D

It took me about 7-8 hours to create this artwork, choosing the background for this artwork is the hardest part for me, because I don't want to put much attention on the background remembering that it's not much detail on my main character and I really want to make my main character outstanding.. so yup I ended up choosing a low saturated background with a simple graphic on it.

and on this occasion, let me present the fully close up artwork for desktop wallpaper, I feel that this artwork also looks good when it's cropped, so hope you enjoy it, and don't mind to use it as wallpaper.

Smiling Buddy

Yippie! Finally I started to create my monster painting, I haven't done one for quite a while, so now I tried to do it again, and I'm happy with what I've painted, a monster with a really big smile! it's just a pretty simple idea with lot of exaggeration :P

It took me around 8 hours to finished this monster, yeah I know that it's pretty long time for this single character, but I really tried to draw as detail as possible, and I was facing a problem when doing the saliva part, hope it turns out well now. And forget to mention that this creature is totally mine, no references at all to create this monster. ( but for that smile... yes I did =D )

as usual, I spend some time to did this work in progress, hope you get inspired by this.

Lili Portrait

Hi there!

Recently, I kept painting fan arts for my practice and personal project. And now, I've done a new painting, a character from Tekken 6, Lili Rochefort, yay! She is my favourite character. And for this painting, I try to approach realistic style, and I hope it's working pretty well.

I'm not sure how long it took me to draw this piece, but yea... it took me quite a while, since I'm getting harder and harder to get satisfied with my own work, but towards the end, I kinda like it!! =D

Golden Queen Menace

Hi again!

It has been a long while I haven't uploaded any new artworks, and now I'm going to show you my newest painting. I got my inspiration from Anime Series Queen's Blade. So yeah, we can consider this artwork as fan art. But it's pretty much I did a different style from the original one, that's the original one is totally anime, and for my artwork I tried to approach realistic style. The original character named Menace, an Ancient Egypt Princess, and she is just so pretty and cool!

I really put lot of effort on doing this piece, and I can't remember how many hours I've spent working on this. But yeah, I'm so happy with the result that I get now, it just worthed, I hope you guys think the same way as mine. ;) But anyway, I hope you enjoy what I've done.. Golden Queen Menace.
